My name’s Gregory, but you can call me “G”. 

 

I’ve dedicated 25 years to the music industry, toured

35 beautiful countries, and created incredible shows

almost every night with artists like Coldplay, Jonas Brothers,

and Aretha Franklin. 

 

With 5,000+ shows under my belt, I’ve witnessed many

pivotal moments where an artist transforms from a

lead singer to a full-blown Rock Star.

 

It became natural for me to spot Rock Star talent in people

before they recognize it in themselves. 

 

Honestly, I think I’ve always had this gift.

 

I can walk into a room or watch a video and immediately

know if someone possesses that “it” factor that intangible,

magnetic, je ne sais quoi that impacts and connects

thousands of adorning fans with a single Rock Star. 

 

I love performances where the entire crowd pulsates with energy, synchronizes to the same frequency, sings along together, and feels chills down their spine and tears in their eyes. 

 

In Jazz, we call that “in the pocket” — it’s the vibe or the feeling channeled on stage rather than the actual phrasing itself — and trust me, it doesn’t unfold because you read from a script, use PowerPoint, or avoid saying “um.”
